Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in the services provided by Sport Nutrition Explained (the “Website”), available at http://www.sportsnutritionexplained.com/

This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for services provided.

1. Payments

All payments for services are arranged and processed separately from this Website.
No payments are taken or processed directly through http://www.sportsnutritionexplained.com/.

2. Services

The services offered by Sport Nutrition Explained consist of professional nutrition consultations and related sessions. Each service is considered fully delivered once the session has taken place.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: You may cancel your booking and receive a full refund to the card or bank account originally used for payment. Where possible, I will also offer the option to reschedule your appointment to another suitable time.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full and will not be eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows: Failure to attend a session without notice will be treated as a completed service and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  1. Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice – a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  2. Consultancy packages – may be refunded only in the event of:

    • Documented financial hardship,

    • Ill health, or

    • Unemployment.
      Evidence may be required to support the refund request.

  3. Professional referral – if I determine during our work that it would be more appropriate for you to work with another professional, I may refer you onward after consulting you. In such cases, a refund will be granted for any unused portion of the service or package.

Once a session has been attended, no refunds are provided for that completed session.

5. Rescheduling

Where possible, and if more than 24 hours’ notice is given, I will make every effort to reschedule your appointment to a suitable alternative date or time.
