About Me

Hi I'm Rachel a SENR registered Sports Nutritionist and qualified Personal Trainer. I am passionate about creating educational content, conducting in depth research and supporting individuals to regain their health and performance.

Sport has always played a big part in my life. A football fanatic as a child I soon started swimming 9 times a week (much to the annoyance of my parents) before deciding to take up rowing. Covid and a period of poor health ended my Olympic rowing dream and now I can be found running and cycling in the hills around Sheffield.

A young rachel is half kneeling in grass wearing football clothes and crossing her arms
A 16 year old rachel wearing a city of sheffield rowing club jacket smiles whilst holding her medal for the U17 northern sprint championships
A young rachel is holding her bike in the middle of a bike ride, still wearing football kit. in the background there is a dam wall and water
Rachel is mid stroke in a single scull (rowing boat). she is wearing lots of layers and looks cold
an action shot of a young teenaged rachel mid butterfly stroke in a swimming race.
Rachel smiles whilst holding a trophie for coming 3rd female in a local half marathon race
Rachel can be seen in the distance running in the peak district. lots of green hills can be seen in the background and a rocky path leads the way

My Values

- Athlete health is the top priority

- No gimicks or bullshit only evidence-informed approaches

- The optimum nutritional plan is the one that works for you as the individual... you'll find no cookie cutter plans here

- Nutritional support should not be restricted to Elite athletes and those who can afford it...
